How’s your thought life…

As you know, one of the things I keep getting back to on both my blogs, and is definitely something I need to pay attention to in my own life:  thoughts.

Thoughts are so powerful and its amazing that those people who are successful in any area of life are usually the ones with a positive disposition – they instinctively expect the best, because their thoughts create the environment where that best in life can come to.

You cannot fill your head with negativity and nonsense – whether by what you think, read or watch on TV – and then expect positive results.  Especially if you’re one like me that has believed a whole lot of lies about yourself in life.

Any every now and then, that idea is completely reinforced again and again and again.

How’s your thought life?

Are you grateful or grumpy?

Do you think about how much you appreciate your man or do you mentally rehearse what he did wrong this morning?

Do you remember making love last night with a smile on your face or do you give play to your fears?

Your thought life shapes your out-in-the-open life. Be sure to think the thoughts that will point your life (and marriage) toward the path you dream of.

If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely. Roald Dahl
